Start your day by shaking off tension with Cath from SoulJive, then ease into a gentle yoga practice with Vicki. Enjoy a nourishing homemade soup for lunch.
The afternoon invites deep rest with Vicki as she guides a Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra practice, mindful mandala art with Katie, and a calming massage with Lindsay or Chelsea in the Grand Entrance Hall.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and fully restored.
