Jubilee “Proms in the Park”

Poole Symphonic Concert Band and Merley House present an evening of live music to celebrate Her Majesty’s 70 years as Queen.
Enjoy an evening of classical and modern music including all the popular sing-along proms classics including, Rule Britannia, Jerusalem and I Vow to Thee My Country. This wonderful evening will conclude with a firework display.

Site opens: 18:30
Performance begins: 20.00
Performance ends: 22.00 (approx)
On Arrival – You will be directed to the car park and then please make your way to the event entrance which will be clearly sign posted.
Seating – We advise that you bring something to sit on e.g. a picnic blanket or camping chair. Don’t forget your sweater or a shoulder blanket as it does get a bit chilly later on!
There will be hot food and a bar available. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks to celebrate this occasion. This event may be affected in the event of extreme bad weather.
