Simply Baked Magical Moments began 6 years ago with a mother and daughter team who were passionate about baking and decorating cakes for family and friends. They decided to take their baking to the next level and make decorated cakes to order. Their love of being creative and making impressive masterpieces out of the most ordinary of cakes has got them where they are today.

I have always loved to bake for the family and having three sons meant I was never short of a birthday cake to make. The challenge to create something a bit different was an exciting one, I love creating sweet art.
A pivotal moment came when we created a Facebook page and the enquiries began to flood in. Word of mouth and being recommended by Merley House has helped massively and we’ve even got a few regulars now.
My favourite thing about making cakes is being able to create something that not only has that wow factor but also tastes magic! I enjoy being able to think creatively to satisfy the customer and creating the dream cake for the brides. My favourite cake to make is a chocolate cake!
